DNA?? What, why and how do they apply?

Freedom Church is built on twelve core values—known as its DNA—which define our culture, mission, and approach to faith. These Bible-based principles shape how the church operates, how its members engage with their communities, and how they live out their faith daily.

For example, one of the key values is "Wildfire," which speaks to an uncontained, passionate faith. The church encourages people to express outwardly what God has done inwardly, creating an energy that spreads to others.

Another essential DNA is "Punching Above Our Weight," a mindset of audacious faith and bold decision-making. Freedom Church challenges its members to step into the impossible, believing that God will move in extraordinary ways when they do.

Values like "Live Full, Die Empty" encourage a life of adventure and joy, rejecting lifeless religion in favour of fully embracing the potential God has given. Meanwhile, "Raise the Next" highlights the commitment to discipleship, leadership development, and planting new churches.

These principles aren’t just slogans—they are a bible based way of life for Freedom Church members. They create a dynamic and transformative culture that prioritises passion, honour, and relentless faith.

Head over to our DNA page to see them all and descriptions! Also, check out our Firestarter book, written by our senior pastor, Gary Snowzell, which delves into the DNA.
